Mendham, New Jersey

Was able to squeeze in a couple hours of fishing today before work. Explored a different creek for a bit before deciding it would be better to head here to India Brook. The snow was falling heavy the entire time, but the important thing was that there was no ice on the creek. The snow was starting to build up on top of the water in the sloweest pools, but there was plenty of other open water. I managed to get this little brown at the very end on a size 18 black zebra midge. Was a very peaceful morning in the snow.

I know the hook placement looks bad but I swear it's only through the upper lip.
