What a way to end the day! As our final catch, this beautiful 77 cm Common Carp weighing 6.8 kg couldn't resist the cheese! 🐟🧀🔥 It’s been an incredible session at Chifley Dam. We started with turtles, moved on to some massive Murray Cods, and finished it off with this strong fighter. The cheese bait was definitely the MVP of the day! 🧀🏆 It’s time to pack up, but what an unforgettable fishing trip this has been! 🌊🙌 Krásna bodka za dnešným dňom! Finally, it happened! After Roman dominated the morning, the luck finally turned my way! 🍀🔥 My third fish of the day and our FIFTH overall is a true beast – a 93 cm Murray Cod weighing 12.7 kg! 🐟📏⚖️ And guess what? The magic cheese bait worked once again! 🧀🔥 The fight was intense, this guy pulled like a truck, but I finally managed to land him here at Chifley Dam. Finally, the tables have turned! 🎣🌊 After "successfully" pulling out one turtle after another 🐢🐢 below Chifley Dam, luck finally found my brother Roman! 🍀 I was waiting for my third bite in a row, but fate (and Roman) said: "Step aside, watch this!" 👊💥 His FIRST fish ever, and it’s this absolute monster—an 87 cm Murray Cod! 🐟📏 And on what? Plain old cheese! 🧀😂 I’m telling you, it was an experience... Roman had absolutely no idea what he was doing, so the retrieval was total chaos! 🤯🌀 Arms and legs everywhere, the reel was screaming, and Roman fought like a lion to keep it from tangling or snagging under the rocks! 🪨💨 The fish fought for its life, but he finally landed it! 💪 The best part is, Roman gave him his freedom and let the fish go. 🌊🙌 What a legendary start to your fishing career, bro, but maybe next time you’ll actually let me have a turn at the rod! 😜🎣 Konečne sa karta obrátila! 🎣🌊 Po tom, čo sme pod priehradou Chifley Dam „úspešne“ vyťahovali jednu korytnačku za druhou 🐢🐢, sa šťastie usmialo aj na môjho brata Romana! 🍀 Čakal som na tretí záber v poradí ja, ale osud (a Roman) povedali: „Uhni, teraz pozeraj!“ 👊💥 Jeho historicky PRVÁ ryba v živote a hneď toto monštrum – 87 cm Murray Cod! 🐟📏 A na čo? This time it was this great 79 cm Murry Cod weighing 7.4 kg. 💪 It may have been a little smaller than the first one, but it definitely had the fighting spirit. 🌊 Under the dam, the fish are in incredible condition! First fish of the day and what a beauty right off the bat! 🤩 Greetings, friends! Today we headed out again below the Chifley Dam, and the water rewarded us right from the start. 🌊 This 87 cm long, 9.5 kg Murray Cod really gave me a run for my money. It was a fair and tough fight—rocks or no rocks, he’s finally out! 😅 It’s a gorgeous, healthy fish. Of course, after a quick photo op, this beauty went straight back into the water. 💦♻️ Any guesses on how many more we caught today? 10 minutes of pure adrenaline! ⏱️💥 The last fish of the day and the absolute king of the trip. A 93 cm TORPEDO that wouldn't stop. 🦖 Even though the water was still and I had no current against me, this Murray Cod fought for its life - over 10 minutes of pure time! 🏋️‍♂️ It was the pure power of the fish against my equipment. The rod was bent, the drag was playing a symphony... 🎻 Definitely the best fight of the day. Thanks to Daiwa Wicked Weasel and Stradic for holding me back even with this monster. Today at Chinley Dam was simply perfect. 👌 📝 Quick recap of today's "shift": ✅ 87 cm ✅ 83 cm ✅ 80 cm ✅ 93 cm (Final) 4 beautiful fish, 4 strong fights.
