Goulburn River Wetland

Nice bycatch Cod while flicking for Yellas. Was hoping it was a huge Golden, but alas , it was just a bruiser of a Cod with some battle scars on its head. Removed the lure, got a very quick snap, then she went straight back in the water. Let her sit there and get her breath back till her pectoral fins started waving, then off she swam to hunt another day. Caught on one of my own Restless Spinnerbaits.

Little bycatch Muzzy whilst looking for Yellas on a No.2 Stumpy just before 5pm after work. Yellas haven't fired up properly yet - need a few warm nights in a row to get that cold Goulburn water temp up a bit and they'll start firing. October should go off as long as environmental flows from Eildon don't cause too much instability in the river- which they always do but to have Yellas biting in September is really good for the Goulburn.

Baby Muzzy on a 90mm AC Invader (purple)

Another little Muzzrat on a 90mm AC invader. Missed a much better Cod - he wouldn't come for another crack. Also got follows from 2 Yellas - both times I got my hardbody snagged on the edge and the spooked off.
