Rouge River

I’ve spent the last 2 days staying up near Mont Tremblant and have attempted to fish some of the many glacial lakes in the area with no success. The lakes have limited shore access and are either way too deep or way too shallow. After spending some time searching the area on google maps, I finally managed to spot a little spillin way on the Rivière Rogue. I fished it for about 3 hours and managed to land 3 gorgeous walleye! The first of the day was a solid 20.5 incher and the two that followed were a bit smaller. Met a ton of super nice locals here that spoke a little english and were confused why I came from so far just to throw my fish back 😂

I caught these two small rock bass(7in and 6,5in) for the first time in the fishing spot I found yesterday!🎣💪

Nice 11.5 inches bass for the evening! I saw him swimming under a rock so I cast right in front of him and he swallow my bait🎣💪

After doing 2 hours of paddle board and seeing no fish, I found a nice fishing spot for bass because I caught 3 smallmouth bass(12in,10in and 9in) in 15mim! Also, the 12 inches bass in my new pr🎣💪

Went out for 4 hours and caught 4 of these guys all within 10 minutes... nothing before and nothing after. Lol. Anyone know what species they are?
