Forgot to post this epic adventure I had last weekend with my family deep in the Indian Peaks Wilderness. Proud of these guys making the very hard hike as they are all the way from the Great Plains of North Dakota. It was such a special core memory making trip that I even had to break out the Tenkara rod!

Hard not to admire these fish for surviving such brutal conditions with ice on some of these lakes in the Alpine of Colorado for up to nine or 10 months sometimes. Maybe that's why they're so beautiful up close.

Quantity at the lower alpine lake today. Here’s 13 of about 50 caught today. I lost count and have never seen so many trout rising at once. Amazing day. God is good.
