Hertha Reservoir

Caught a trio of bigmouth bass during daughter’s horse riding lesson. This lake had 3” of ice capping it one week prior, so this is like a midwinter mini ice-off season. The longest of the three amigos was 18” making it my 7th master angler qualifier this year (just keeping track for my own notes as I don’t submit most of them).

Shore session with my youngest daughter while another daughter was at horse lessons. Caught my first couple walleye and first couple largemouths of the year. The bass were 18.75” and 19”, so that’s also my first two master angler qualifiers of the year!
