Second cast of the morning on live ahrimp

Three of us on the boat and we each caught a nice red.

Great morning of fishing. I lost a bigger snook with bigger attitude in the trees. Getting this girl to come out of the trees and then in the boat by myself was interesting. Gotta love SWFL summer fishing.

My birthday red. The FWS moratorium on harvesting reds, now extended to May, 2022, is a huge success and a testament to good fisheries management. Each time out produces slot reds that will continue to grow and produce fry. I’ll keep releasing them so you guys have a chance.
