Finally caught my first gar! Lets go!

Last day in Florida.

Last dead bait and this guy swam right up. 3 swings 6 inches of water. 1.6lb.

had nerves and an hour to kill before a procedure .... not to bad. feeling weak lately decided on some fresh water fishing. caught a nice fatty and a bonus peacock just a baby but i was thrilled haven't caught one since i moved up from ft. Lauderdale. mission accomplished #2020bassoff
