Caught the slimy little guy at my little water hole

Grab my lure right as I was pulling my rod up

Didn’t have a scale to check weight but this guy was somewhere around 8 to 12pounds he was so so heavy I was in slippers trying to jog to my truck for my phone so I could grab a picture of him, just imagine a man in his at home slippers running across the side of a pond with his rod and one hand and giant bass in the other, it was a hell of a scene but I got to the phone and for your viewing pleasure. 😁👍🏻
