Victoria Bryant State Park Lake

Since end of October I been having trouble getting bites. I’ve caught only 3 bass since beginning of November . I’ve tried everything . Crank baits, lipless crank baits , jigs, spinner baits , soft lures worms crawfish . I’ve even tried top water frogs and poppers, buzzbaits , I’m wondering if it’s the small pond I fish , the water level keeps dropping and wondering if that could possibly make the fish less aggressive. Anyone got advice ? I will fish 1-2 hours straight for days on end no bites at all. Anyone got a pond or reservoir around Athens area or around hartwell ,royston area I could try fishing at
