Clove Lake

Awesome catch today. At a lake in upstate ny with a friend. 2lbs 7 ozs on the Ned, he hit right on the fall. I missed one earlier when I was on a call with my dad, the drag was loose and when I went to tighten it he jumped and spit, from what I saw he looked to be a 3-5lber. But maybe this was the fish and his jump just made him look bigger. It’s effing hot out right now, might call it earlier cause I ran out of water.

A couple of decent bass on the swim bait

Tuesday to Friday catches. Biggest fish was 3.3. Skunked this morning but I’ll try again later. At least I’m catching something. The report is that the striped bass are in and out of the harbor, you just have to hit it right. The blues should be showing up any day. The largemouth bass are a bit shy because of the front that moved in so good luck
