Last weekend I put a beat down on some fish on a chatterbait. A buddy of mine bet me that I couldn’t catch a fish on this crazy chatterbait so we hopped in the truck today and made the trip to west harbor as many of the lakes around here are flooded. It took me about 45 minutes and I hooked into a decent fish! Managed to junk fish our way around to a decent little limit for the conditions. I caught 4 fish on 4 different lures. . . Kicked in the front door of the nursery today at west harbor. We hit up the harbor for about 4 hours before we left to come home today and I lost count of how many one pounders I put in the boat. There was a positive to it all as my wife hooked into a 2.33 pound largemouth breaking her previous personal best of 2.2 pounds. . . Main players today was cranking rocks with a @strikekinglurecompany KVD 1.5 in Tennessee Shad and a @spro.usa little john 50 in citrus Shad.
