Was coming into port when a couple fisherman came over and presented my buddies and i with this Tropical fish, they happened upon while herring fishing out at 66°. The captaim said in his 20 yrs of fishing off the Or, coast hed never seen a fish of this species, didnt even know what to call it. Texture: Sharkskin, no scales. I tried hoogle lens, and it came up with similar fish but none apecific to the classification. Anybody have any idea? He said something about a Cobia? Short for Cobalt im guessing? lol help.
