Unnamed / Volunteer Pkwy Pond

I don't know what's wrong with this pond. I've put some big fish in it in the past two years and can never catch them back. I think it might be to shallow maybe they die off during winter. Sucks tho cuz it's in a perfect spot close to all the factories here. I used to fish it on my lunch break but Ive layed off from it a lot cuz I can't catch any giants. They should be 5 pound bass by now that I put in like wtf
