Also caught a small sand trout and a 18-20” channel cat that spit the hook as I was landing him. ☹️

Couple of small fish on micro lure.

Only fish in the boat. A couple of flounder bit but let loose. I did hook what I think was a gar. It rammed the kayak then went under the boat and the line caught on my electric drive. It pulled me backwards until I cut the line. uudowDickinBayou

Finally got some decent fish in Dickinson Bayou. 18” flounder, 18” & 19” reds and a tiny trout.

Nice under slot red.

Finally a nice red. Quite a fighter/drag puller. I was surprised he took this lure as I thought these soft-dyne lures were for trout.

Even though the wind was hard to deal with in a kayak, I found this guy in the shallows.

Not too big but at least a catch.
