Only fish of the day on a Hail Mary at the walk out.

This is a trout. It was in a river. I tricked it into biting a hook. I reeled it in. I scooped it into a net. I took a picture. I put the fish back into the water. It swam away.

3 to the net today including these two colored up fellas.

Lifted the jig into him and he swam right to the net. Easy peasy 😆

4 sore lips today, 3 made it to the net.

Another day with one loss and one to the net. Seems that’s how the river wants to play things lately. This guy was strong, a few nice jumps and a couple long runs on the drag.

One to the net before my line froze on the reel.

Snuck back to the river for one more. He had a decent kype and some nice chompers.
