Columbia River

Snuck back to the river for one more. He had a decent kype and some nice chompers.

I been hitting the same hole for the last few posts and it hasn’t let me down yet.

Another short session while my oldest had his grad pics done. This guy took it on my 2nd cast.

3 to the net today including a pretty Redband.

She wasn’t super long but she was thick. 1/2 while I killed 45 mins before picking up the wee ones from school.

It bit on the retrieve. Current took the hook too close to shore so I started reeling and bam.

Lost 2 at leader on back to back casts (frustrating!) and then saw this guy rise. Threw an olive sculpin at him and he took it on the fall.

A few with winter rust and a double up with my buddy on today’s river walk.
