Finally got grandpa out on the water!!! The brother join as well and we caught several 3-4lb smallies!!!! These were the top three on the day!!! Absolutely a blast on the water!!!! Over 20 fish in the boat!!!!

There’s something majestic and eerie about these deep glacial lakes. Untold mysteries in these deep waters that happen to be deeper than four of the Great Lakes, yet a lot smaller than any of them. Rowing around and hunting monsters, I hooked into what looked like a massive rainbow. It broke the hook off my fly. Guess I’ll have to tie on some thicker wire before Winter comes.
