First time catching Crappies in this spot. It was all perch late last year.

First fish that I get to see what he was eating loll Northerners seem to hate pickerel. But these guys are easily one of my favorites. Their the little gangsters of lakes and ponds. I love how aggressive they are. My favorite part of them is the little black tear drop they got

Perch are nice little fighters, wish I had the guts to eat em. It’s crazy how a fish can hit on something as big as him. Got him on a white minnow

Didn’t fight too much but was heavy as hell. Hard to land due to being 15 ft above the pond loll
