Fought a river monster & won 🎣 Probably my heaviest I've ever pulled outta the Pere Marquette. Watched him spawning for a couple hours, butting heads with another big male. He had such a gnarly head & some wicked teeth! Truly a pinnacle fish for his species, it was an honor to fight & land him. It was my partner's first time handling a salmon too :) worth getting soaked & chilly 100%
