ripping a chatterbait through the grass along the dropoff was crushing them, theres little pockets on the bank where the vegetation is thicker and the water is a good depth and bass were just loading up there and smashing the frog. great time

first day ever having success on this water, i was letting a chatterbait sink for a few seconds and using a medium retrieve through the weeds and ripping it out when i would get snagged

Caught this biggie in 40 degrees! My legs started turning purple. Texas is not good with cold weather
