Unity Park Pond

One this morning.. I did have one that looked to be between 4-5lbs come flying out of the water twice after my bluegill that was scurrying across the top of the water but he missed it twice. Also had my line break on the hookset shortly afterwards around the same area. Getting too hot to fish out there though unfortunately

4lb 13oz, and a couple decent sized bluegill..missed one one a bigger bluegill but couldn't get the hookset for some reason

Went back this evening for a lil bit after it rained some..glad I did lol

Only one today. Could see 2 or 3 smaller ones feasting on schools of minnows but couldn't get them to bite. The grass and muck was cleared out a bit which was nice at least

Caught 3 this morning.. a lot of grass moved there in front of the culvert which made things a little difficult but glad I was still able to catch something lol

Just one this morning. Missed a bite or two, as well. Was definitely close to 5lbs, but I didn't weigh it because it had gotten gut hooked, so I just got it unhooked and back in the water.

Talk about an awesome morning of fishing. Even missed a couple bites, one being a fish that exploded on my bluegill on the top of the water twice. Also caught 3 or 4 hand size bluegills which are always fun as well. One of my friends had bought me an old ryobi baitcasting reel so definitely put it to the test. Still works awesomely too. Pretty cool

Just a dink tonight, was up there last night right as the rain stopped and the culvert was flowing like crazy. First cast I thought I was in some weeds and about a 5lb bass came up and jumped out of the water and shook my black and blue jig with a black and blue craw on. Spent the rest of the time i was there trying to get it to bite again with no luck.
