Caught both on Red Bait late in the afternoon. I used my bluefish zero with a diwha reel. Both were released safely.

Few pics of my catch of the past weekend Stil fishing galjoen competition. 15 size galjoen sizes from 38cm and the biggest one 48cm. 3 steenies and 1 kollie. Plus a few undersize gallies. All and all a good catch. Weather condition were dreadful with a strong nw wind and lots of rain. Fish were all caught on vrot vrot rooi aas colected from the beach where i fished. Wouldn't even sniff my matured rooi aas i brought from strand. Guess the fish prefer bait from their turf. 4 gallies kept from the weekend catch. All other fish safely released.
