Finally got a scale

First time using a whopper plopper and the results were pretty good

This one felt a bit heavier than the last few I caught

First decent fish in a lonnng time and first fish on a jig

I was not skunked

Opening day for rainbow trout went out fishing with my son. I was using dough bait my son was catching with spinner baits small rooster tails. We both limited out. This was the most people I’ve seen fishing here.
