Walnut, Ohio

First time out in over a month since breaking my wrist. Felt good to get out and catch 4 species of cat including the bullheads I caught for bait. Throw in a handful of other species caught and it made for a really good day. Minus the bugs, apparently they missed me.

Buckeye was giving up a few today 23" Fish Ohio Saugeye and 13" Fish Ohio Crappie were in the bag. Jigging plastics gave most up, we did take a few on firetiger flicker shad.

Picked up two Saugeye early then the catfish were pesty so we moved and hit two Wipers mine got off at the boat then the Crappie hit. Things are picking up at Buckeye.

Two keepers this morning,early light was best nothing late morning. These hit white shad like vertical jig lures.
