Humber River

I suckered these guys into going for trout flies. One took a stone fly and the other took a steelhead magnet. Time on the river is always good 👍

First Ever Steelhead!!!🔥🔥🎣🎣

Went for a walk and hooked up with a 42 inch behemoth Chinook. I didn’t weigh it but I’m going with heavy like definitely over 30 pounds. Landed five and lost about the same amount. So they’re still running.

This young lady had never used a fly rod or caught a salmon. I gave her my rod with a 5 minute tutorial. Within 15 minutes she landed a salmon on my fly rod. She was absolutely amazed at her success. Sharing is 😎.

Landed six and lost some. They’re so strong and after a while my lower back tells me that I’m done for the day. The big one was just over 32 Lbs on a steelhead magnet as usual. The rain helped 😎

Little bit of shaking going on. Landed four and missed a few. It’s fun exercise if you’re not a chinook 😁 the rock recovery station is the least I could do. They generally swim away after a little tail kick.
