Chasing the trout truck!

It was my first bass of the season. This catch is from right before I downloaded this app last week. I caught this fish on a light action rod, 4lb test, and boy, it was fun! I did not get a measurement, unfortunately, but I know it was very close to 18 inches, having put it against my rod for reference.

These little spring loaded things really work well for setting the hook under a bobber.... I found them online for about eleven dollars.... I can only imagine how good they're going to be for ice fishing....

Those little power grubbs this time of year work really good under a bobber...

I have an extra hour between pick ups today at work.... As long as I was near the lake.... Might as well throw in a Couple of fishing poles in the water.....
