Bite was slow today, a lot of looks- few eats. She smacked the Ned rig while I was reeling over a weed bed. Lost another of comparable size while pulling her through the cattails. Good day with nice sights 👍🏻

Smacked the shim e stick as I was pulling it over a weed bed, wasn’t expecting it at all

Thank God I caught this guy because an hour earlier I broke off on a PB carp. For some ungodly reason my drag was all the way torqued so when he ran I dramatically snapped off and spent the next 10 minutes screaming into the sky. Thank god for dumb bass.
