Big Round Top Pond

Dropped by my local fishing hole on the way home from work for a season closing fish and caught this guy. I caught a rainbow trout once when I was around 5yrs old and never one since then, until now. New species, even though very small, is a great way to end the season. Also, I learned not to hold a trout this way.

Update: it’s a Fall fish! (Anyone know what this is? I selected grass carp but the color is wrong and the face is wrong. Caught on pond near grass. )

This is from a few days ago. First Pickerel this year so wanted to log it in.

Two days in a row, and two more rainbows today!
