Only my 3rd fish all day but a MONSTER slab!! 1.7 lbs. Unfortunately in the process of picture taking and measuring, he went into shock and is refusing to be revived 😭 So now he’s dinner (I’m one of the few people that doesn’t like crappie 😂)!

Nice blue to start my morning off! Caught him in 40’ of water out in the middle of the river with a 16’ diving crank bait! He was not a fan of the whole being caught process! Oinked at me repeatedly! 😂 So cute!
