Caught a handful with variety tonight, tempted fate fishing way out on a downed tree, and had a visit from a big ol' beaver. Not a horrible evening.

One and a half skunk beaters.

Pulled a fish and a fish nugget. Better than a skunk. That shoreline sure has gotten hard to fish with all the trees down.

A 300% improvement over yesterday.

1 intentional and 1 unintentional. Didn’t hook a single cat last year. Gave my Carolina rig a run for its money.

Skunk beater and happy to find it.

Managed a couple, but trust and believe that Murphy’s Law is alive and well.
